The date for Euro 2012 ticket sales is unlikely to be set before 2010. UEFA will take their usual generous cut of the tickets to dish out to VIPs and hospitality groups. Around 10% of tickets are officially planned for hospitality purposes but as in previous competitions tickets will no doubt be in short supply for average fans.

With tickets in such short supply and demand and interest in the tournament so high, fan zones are planned in the host cities.
